Beriem na vedomie, že právnym základom spracúvania osobných údajov je plnenie zmluvných vzťahov v zmysle § 13 bod 1 písm. b) zákona č. 18/2018 Z. z. o ochrane osobných údajov a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov a v zmysle čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. b) Nariadenia Európskeho parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2016/679 z 27. apríla 2016 o ochrane fyzických osôb pri spracúvaní osobných údajov a o voľnom pohybe takýchto údajov, ktorým sa zrušuje smernica 95/46/ES (všeobecné nariadenie o ochrane údajov) a plnenie zákonnej povinnosti prevádzkovateľa v zmysle článku 6 ods. 1 písm. c) Nariadenia GDPR, resp. ustanovenia § 13 ods. 1 písm. c) zákona č.18/2018 Z. z..

I acknowledge that the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the performance of contractual relationships pursuant to § 13(1)(b) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts, and pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), as well as the fulfillment of the controller’s legal obligation pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR and § 13(1)(c) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll.
